I made the sword (and boy was that a process lol)
I ordered the shirt/jacket from black-leatherjacket.com (The quality is great but don't order from them if you have any sort of timeline/deadline)
The tattoos are ordered from Momentary Ink. I worked with one of their in house artists to get the right design and I think she did an awesome job!
